Define; Beauty .
I am just wondering, how to people define beauty ?
Well, 90% of people define beauty by looks .
How can we define true beauty by looks ?
You maybe a super hot, super pretty, super sexy women in the world .
You maybe a super hot, super handsome, super muscular guy in the world .
Yea, that's what we call the Outer Beauty .
However, you have not seen the Inner Beauty and how can you conclude that he/she is beautiful ?
People condemn others for their looks, their shape, but never thought of the heart .
We often misjudge people for the way they look .
A super innocent sweeet pretty sexy looking girl stands infront of you and ask for your number .
How are you going to react ?
Are you going to react like " Gosh! She's asking for my number, i must be lukiest guy manszxz! "
Or will you think, " She's pretty good looking, but what if i've misjudged her ? Maybe she ain't what she look like . "
Question is, Why do people misjudge and judge others for how they appear ?
Someone once told me " When you judge someone, you're judging yourself . When you understand the true beauty of someone, then you'll find love, untill you understand that, you'll never find true love and just keep hopping from appearence to appearence "
Beauty,
We see it in such a blatant manner,
The girl with no pimples on her skin,
Not a cut on her fingers,Spotless, no blemishes,
Face looking like she walked out of a magazine,
No other like her can be,
Because she is the cutest in the world,
And that
My friends
Is
Not
True
Beauty
She's placed at the back of the audience because
They can't stand her sight,
She is made to scrub the floors of her oppressors,
She doesn't believe she is beautiful,
She says she won't be able to find love,
No man can quench her thirst.
She is an outcast.S
he wants to know when she will ever be beautiful,
Alone.
Forgotten.
Her crooked smile,Scorned.Loathed.
There is
Where you
Find
True Beauty
She cares, but no one cares about her,
She helps, but know one acknowledges it,
She is the pest.
Aside from life,A veil over herself.
They laugh.
But my friends,
Here is
Where
You
Find
True Beauty
To help her understand, its not only about her face but her heart,
Not her doubt in herself but her faith to keep on,
Not the model in the newspapers but the attitude she portrays,
Not the hate that she recieves but the love she gives,
There my friends
Is
Where
She
Knows
That
She
is
The
Most
Beautiful
Girl
In
The
World
The wise man said,
"Beauty shows itself when you tell youreself you are beautiful and believingthat amidst all doubt "
And she believes this and people
Start to watch her differently,
Respecting her
For
she
Is
Not
Silent.
She is no super model
Designed to turn men's heads
She cannot make the world stop
With lips stained ruby red;
Her lips tremble inwardly
Based on years of shame
Her eyes don't see the beauty
Hidden behind her thick frames.
But she has thoughts you've never seen
From love to religion and things in between,
Depths to delve into;
she's no petri dish
A chance to be known is her only wish -
She's more than just products
And a body that's thin
But the silent corner
Is all she has ever been.
He is no half nude model
No Abercrombie & Fitch
He cannot be an actor
Girl's screams don't make him rich.
His ego suffers silently
Through rejections so unfair
Always Clark Kent and never
Superman; no one seems to care.
But he has thoughts you've never seen
From love to religion and things in between,
Depths to delve into;
he's no petri dish
A chance to be known is his only wish -
He's more than just muscles
And a heart stopping grin
But the silent cornerIs all he has ever been.
Ode to the girl in the corner
Ode to the guy no one sees
Because actually they're perfect
In personality,
But sadly humans are caught up
In physicality.
If only people's souls and dreams
Were visible in their face,
And bodies would show morals
With delicate, divine grace.
Then it would be obvious
Where real beauty lies;
No evil could be concealed
Behind a beautiful disguise.
A young girl tries to play with a group of girls .
The group of girls stares at her, eyes thats says " you're ugly, you're gross . "
She tries to shake hands with them .
They push her to the ground and said
" You're so ugly, we don't want to have a ugly friend like you neither do we want to play with an ugly girl, you are just simply gross ! "
With that, they left her there crying .
The girl ran home and asked her mother
" Mummy, why do people dislike me so much ? Why do they say i am ugly ? Am i that ugly to be hated ? "
The mother stroke her hair and said
" Daughter, you're not ugly, people just don't appreciate your beauty, be strong, cause beauty does not lie within the outer appearence but the inner appearence . "
1 Corinthians 13
1If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames,[b] but have not love, I gain nothing.
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. 11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. 12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
